Because each pillow set is handcrafted, all sales are final. However, if your items arrives damages or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.
Pillows must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Custom or made-to-order pillows are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
